Project: Franklin/Beachwood Phase 2 - Black Rascal Creek Flood Management Project

Description: This Project involves design and construction of a detention basin upstream the existing Black Rascal Creek Diversion Channel to reduce peak flood flows during a 100-year flood event. The State (DWR) funds will be used to contribute toward the costs of the Project's land acquisition, environmental and permitting activities. The design will incorporate the hydrologic conditions resulting from Climate Change.
