Project: Development and Use of a Numerical Groundwater-Flow Model of the Six Basins

Description: The proposal is to develop, calibrate, and use a new computer-simulation groundwater-flow model of the six basins to evaluate the project alternatives of the Six Basins Strategic Plan. The new model will use MODFLOW and will be joined with the existing Chino Basin model to more accurately simulate important groundwater and surface-water interactions between the Six Basins and Chino Basin.
