Description: The project will update the current plan to meet the Proposition 84 IRWM plan standards and reflect the evolution of the IRWM partnership's new members and expanded strategies. The update will engage additional resources and expertise to expand outreach, research climate change, and help garner more tribal and disadvantaged community involvement.
