Objective: The City of Stockton is implementing this Project in order to provide Stockton residents and businesses a high quality, reliable water supply. The benefits of the Project include: -Replacing declining surface water supplies. -Improving water supply reliability. -Protecting and restoring groundwater resources. -Providing for current and future water needs in the Stockton Metropolitan area. -Decreased total dissolved solid discharge from the Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility.
