Project: North-of-the-Delta Off Stream Storage

Description: A new era of project formulation is indicated by a broad array of benefits including restoration actions for the Sacramento River and the Delta supported by a dedicated Ecosystem Restoration Account, improved Delta water quality, improved water supply reliability for urban, agriculture and the environment. DWR has released the North-of-the-Delta Offstream Storage (NODOS) Investigation Highlights, Preliminary Administrative Draft Environmental Impact Report, and Preliminary Design and Cost Estimate Report. The NODOS investigation is close to being completed but has been on hold due to lack of State funding.
