Project: Frazier Creek/Strathmore Creek Feasibility Study

Description: The Feasibility Study evaluates federal and State interests in a project to reduce flood-damage potential on Frazier Creek and Strathmore Creek in the Strathmore area, Tulare County. The study is necessary to obtain federal funding for a flood damage reduction project. The project alternatives may consist of: levees, habitat restoration, enlarging channels, diversion and detention dams, setback levees, percolating ponds, training and chevron levees, and dikes.
