Project: Flood System Repair and Rehabilitation

Description: A comprehensive flood system capacity, and structure/flood control facility condition evaluation is needed to determine the flood carrying capacity of the rivers and bypasses, and the condition of other facilities in the State Plan of Flood Control. Based on the evaluation, management plans will be developed to ensure flood carrying capacity and proper function of structures is achieved. This may include major repair and rehabilitation of system components and improved access for flood fighting emergencies.
