Project: Sutter Bypass East Borrow Canal (EBC) Water Control Structures

Description: The Sutter Bypass East Borrow Canal Water Control Structures Project will replace two existing weirs and their associated fish ladders, Weir #2 and Willow Slough Weir, on the East Borrow Canal of the Sutter Bypass. These weirs are being replaced because they are deteriorating and are not functioning adequately to meet safety, water control, and fish passage requirements.
