Project: Butte Slough Outfall Gates Rehabilitation

Description: Rehabilitate the outfall gates by repairing known structural deficiencies, replacing worn out appurtenances, constructing a trash barrier system to protect the gates and ease debris collection, and upgrading the electrical and communication system to include backup capability to meet current USACE O&M standards. - Project was withdrawn due to impasse with NMFS fish passage critera. A short-term repair will be implimented while a long-term solution is being developed via a feasibility study.
