Project: SAFCA-NCC-EIP- Natomas Levee Improvement Project

Description: Funding was provided for the Natomas Cross Canal South Levee Phase 1 & 2 for improvements for 5.5 miles of levee and financing an Early Implementation Program project. The project improves the level of flood protection to 200 year level of protection for the Natomas Basin perimeter levee system located north of Sacramento. The project entails improving the levee system by constructing cutoff walls and levee strengthening and reshaping features.
