Project: Temescal Youth Camping Program

Description: Development and implementation of an overnight camping program at Temescal Gateway Park, on the site previously occupied by the swimming pool. The camping programs will feature the interpretation of the natural and cultural resources of Santa Monica Bay Watershed, as well as stories, hands-on demonstration and outdoor living and survival skills. Food and transportation will be funded by other sources. No funds will be used to reconstruct the pool.
