Description: Under the second feasibility study Funding Agreement, the City of McFarland will complete the remaining work on the proposed four treatment alternatives (Basin Water, Severn Trent, Mobile Process Technology, Oxidation Coagulation Filtration); prepare a feasibility study summary report; conduct a site survey; prepare project design plans and specifications, and prepare CEQA documents.
