Project: Escuela Ranch Water Resilience and Flow Enhancement Planning

Description: Planning project for stream flow enhancement in San Luis Obispo County. The project expands and improves the rainwater harvesting system constructed in 2012. This will directly benefit Pennington Creek, as steelhead bearing stream in the late spring and dry season. In Pennington Creek, the project will improve water elevations and flows from July through October as achieved through reductions in groundwater pumping.
