Project: Southeast Area Specific Plan (SEASP)

Description: Creation of Southeast Area Specific Plan (SEASP) is an amendment to the City's Local Coastal Program (LCP) and the Southeast Area Development and Improvement Plan (SEADIP) area. Needed to refine and implement the community's vision, define community benefits, identify locations for infill development, formulate strategies to preserve thriving wetlands resources, and reduce vehicle miles traveled and greenhouse gas emissions.
