Objective: This proposal leverages the shared goals for the Santa Ana River watershed to improve water self-reliance and prepare for the effects of climate change through a diverse and carefully selected group of projects. SAWPA's stakeholder-driven process is grounded in collaboration to ensure representation of the entire funding area. Eleven projects: Replenish Big Bear, Physical Harvesting of Algal Biomass in Lake Elsinore, Raitt and Myrtle Park, Santa Ana Mountains Watershed Protection Project, Joint IEUD-JCSD Regional Water Recycling Program, Well Head 39 Treatment Project, Regional Comprehensive Landscape Rebate Program, Groundwater Replenishment System - Final Expansion, Evans Lake Tributary Restoration and Camp Evans Recreation, Enhancements to Watershed-Wide Water Budget Decision Support Tool, SAWPA Grant Administration
