Project: Department of Fish and Game Vegetation Classification and Mapping Program

Description: An interagency agreement with the Department of Fish and Game to fund a complete, fine-scale, attribute-rich Statewide Vegetation map and corresponding digital GIS layer. The work product of this project is a capital asset that will have a useful life of 30 years. The work product will continue providing guidance over the 30-year useful life of the project to WCB and other partners in protecting and restoring the highest priority lands.
