Objective: To acquire 5,630± acres of land for Forest Habitat. The property includes 13 types of habitats and portions of 8 watersheds, much of which has been designated as Significant Natural Area by the DFG. This variety of forests, grasslands, wetlands and riparian areas is home to Coho salmon, steelhead, red tree vole, fox, bobcats and mountain lions, red-legged frogs, peregrine falcon and osprey, as well as six known nesting sites for northern spotted owl.
