Project: Los Angeles, City of Acting by and through the Dept. of Water & Power - LA Groundwater Replenishment Project Initial Phase – Ozone Demonstration Project

Description: The Initial Phase of the LA GWR Project will provide up to 3,500 acre-feet per year (AFY) of recycled water for groundwater replenishment in San Fernando Valley. Recycled water produced by the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant (DCTWRP) will be conveyed to the Hansen Spreading Grounds for percolation and replenishment of the SFB. As part of the Initial Phase, the ODP will be conducted to demonstrate the efficacy of ozone treatment and inform the development of future phases of the LA GWR Project
