Project: Point Pinos Coastal Trail Construction

Description: The Conservancy awarded $1,800,000 to the City of Pacific Grove to construct a new one-mile segment of the California Coastal Trail (CCT) that completes the four mile CCT within the City and results in over ten miles of continuous CCT from Pacific Grove north through the Cities of Monterey Seaside and Marina. Eliminating this gap in the trail is identified as a priority in the Coastal Conservancy’s “Completing the California Coastal Trail Report."
