Project: Orange County Water Production Flow Enhancement - Construction Project

Description: The GWRS advanced treatment facility does not have the ability to capture secondary effluent flows above 135 MGD. Therefore, the peak flows during the day are wasted and not recycled through the GWRS. The purpose of the proposed project is to capture and store the excess day time peak flows in a storage tank.
