Project: Humboldt Redwoods State Park: Bull Creek Riparian & Floodway Restoration Phase II

Description: This is the second phase of a project that will restore riparian and stream function to the lower reaches of Bull Creek and eventually lead to the removal of riprap in Rockefeller Forest thereby restoring the natural flood regime. This phase will reforest the area where gravel deposits were removed in the Bull Creek floodplain during Phase 1 and include pre- and post-monitoring of the project site.
