Description: Grant to the Marin Audubon Society to breach levees on the western portion of the Bahia Wetlands site in order to improve the tidal connection to Black John Slough, on the Petaluma River, Marin County. Funding will be used to develop plans and specifications and bid documents, and to implement construction.
