Project: South Bay Salt Ponds Restoration Project Phase 2 Implementation: Inter-Agency Coordination and Community Outreach

Description: The California State University, Sacramento College of Continuing Education, Consensus and Collaboration Program (CCP), will provide collaborative process support services related to implementation of the second phase of construction of the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project. Services will include extensive interagency coordination and public outreach. Specific tasks include participation in the Project Management Team of funders and landowners, mediation services, preparation of meeting summaries, management of public and media outreach activities, coordination of outreach to local governments, development of outreach materials, and management of events, science forums, and workshops.
