Project: White Slough Restoration - MAT Team

Description: Grant to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service for the restoration of tidal marsh to diked historic tidelands in the White Slough Unit (WSU) of the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Objectives include enhancing plant, fish, and wildlife habitat and providing protection against sea level rise for adjacent lands. This grant agreement supports direct construction activities by the USFWS Maintenance Action Team (MAT) to complete the White Slough Restoration Project .
