Tomo Kahni SHP does not have any onsite staff, but the park has many significant archaeological and cultural sites. These sites are at risk from vandalism and looting. A plan is needed to address security risks to the sites and propose solutions to reduce or eliminate site security threats. Conduct Pedestrian Archaeological Survey of the Park – 560 acres. The project will include assessing security risks to the archaeological and cultural sites at Tomo Kahni SHP, including recording any impacts, assessing the effects of social media and site access, and analyzing the cause of the impacts. In consultation with the Kawaiisu people, develop a Site Protection Management Plan that proposes solutions to reduce or eliminate site security threats. Deliver survey report containing management plan.
