Description: Complete 65%, 95% and 100% Design packages, final plans, specifications and estimates for the Cold Springs, San Ysidro, and Romero Creek Debris Basin Modification Projects that increase capacity to retain large-scale debris and to withstand structural loads similar to those experienced in January, 2018, and provide for anadromous fish passage.
