Project: Mapping, Assessment and Planning for Recovery and Resiliency in Fire-Damaged Watershed in the Thomas Fire and Whittier Fire

Description: This project develops, applys, and shares a fiscally-responsible and repeatable methodology for assessing fire-damaged watersheds, and systematically prioritizing management actions. The project includes assessing watershed recovery in the Whittier and Tomas Fire burn scars to track unaided recovery and determine where interventions may accelerate recovery and will provide a baseline assessment of the Whittier and Thomas fire burn scars located in the Los Padres National Forest.
