Project: North Shore Relocation and Restoration Projects

Description: Collaboration with local government, including State Parks, to evaluate potential relocation of incompatible activities which are now located within public access and SEZ corridors in the North Shore of the Lake Tahoe Basin. These relocations would also require restoration of the land to meet the potential recreational uses and watershed capabilities. Many of the locations are interconnected wiothin the communities and development of a thoughtful strategy to meet the needs of all jurisdictions is essential.
