Project: Garden Highway Mutual Water Company (GHMWC) Fish Screen Project

Description: Project is to protect juvenile anadromous fish, including Chinook salmon, steelhead trout, green sturgeon and other “at-risk” fish species from entrainment at GHMWC’s 90 cfs water diversion located on the Feather River, by installing a state-of-the-art fish screen (fish exclusion) system. This Project will also contribute to the cumulative long-term ecological benefit to fisheries associated with screening diversions to improve stream habitats and corridors in the Feather River
