Project: Cucamonga Valley WD Basin GW Remediation - Planning Project

Description: Project proposes to provide cleanup of nitrate and DBCP contamination. Pilot test will evaluate feasibility of cleanup by extracting and treating water at production wells within the District’s Well Field 3A area. Project includes conducting: 1) CEQA environmental review; 2) 30%, 60%, and final design of pilot scale biological wellhead treatment system; 3) Construct and operate pilot system; 4) Performance monitoring, install monitoring well; 5) FS based on the pilot scale system monitoring results.
