Project: City of Modesto Nitrate Investigation - Planning Project

Description: The project is to conduct a remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS) that will identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce nitrate, arsenic, and uranium impacts in the City’s drinking water aquifers through containment and remediation. The Project will also leverage opportunities provided by an extensive body of hydrostratigraphic, water quality, and contaminant fate and transport data that have been collected by the City and others.
