Project: Inland Empire Chino Basin Improvement and GW Cleanup - Construction Project

Description: Project will begin remediation activities of the South Archibald TCE Plume and prevent nitrates from impacting the Santa Ana River. Project includes construction of: 1) Extraction CDA Well II-12 within TCE 'hot spot' area; 2) Appx. 5 miles VOC raw water pipeline to CDA II Facility; 3) Mod of piping from CDA Well I-11 to connect VOC raw water pipeline; 4) Installation of 1 onsite and 1 offsite monitoring well to monitor performance; and 5) Mod/replace up to 3 decarbonators at CDA II Facility.
