Description: This project is Phase 1 a physical consolidation of the Yettem Water System (a Tulare Co. Zone of Benefit) and Seville Water Company (currently under Tulare Co. recievership); hence, why Tulare County is the applicant. It is expected that the two water systems will form a CSD in the future. The construction project includes: a new well (in Yettem); a 211,000 gallon water storage tank in Seville; a new distribution system, meters, and appurtenances in Seville.
