Project: East Valley Water District - Construction Project

Description: The Sterling Natural Resource Project involves a recycled water supply program to be initiated by the East Valley Water District and its proposed JPA partner, the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District. Upon entry in the JPA, the proposed program will include the construction of a recycled water treatment plant with associated conveyance systems to recharge the local groundwater basin. The proposed treatment plant will utilize the most advanced technology - membrane bioreactor (MBR) - to produce disinfected tertiary Title 22 recycled water that will meet all applicable requirements for recharge into the Bunker Hill Groundwater Basin.
