Project: Tolowa Dee-ni Nation Smith River WW System Improvement Study - Planning Project

Description: The planning project will evaluate improving the existing collection and treatment system on the Ship Ashore/Salmon Harbor property or Connect to the Smith River Wastewater Treatment Facility. In addition, since Tolowa Dee-ni Nation is an Indian Tribe, they are exploring the option of establishing an appropriate governing entity under the Indian Reorganization Act to provide wastewater service to Tribal members and private property owners who have historically lacked wastewater service.
