Project: Lost Coast Redwood & Salmon Initiative Phase 2 - Indian Creek Conservation

Description: Funding is for the acquisition of conservation easement in the Indian Creek watershed, tributary to the South Fork Eel River, in northern Mendocino County. Five stream miles of critical coho salmon habitat, the associated in-stream flows, and 2,703 acres of productive forestland will be directly protected through the acquisition of the Easement.
