Project: Newland Marsh Pre-Acquisition Studies

Description: Preparation of a property appraisal and environemental analysis for the 45-acre Newland Marsh in Huntington Beach. The property is currently owned by the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) and is being considered for acquistion for purposes of wetland restoration by the Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservancy. Property will be acquired by the Conservancy from CalTrans and then transferred to the Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservancy for wetlands restoration and long-term management.
