Description: This grant would fund final design and permitting of the Elk River Estuary Tidal Marsh Restoration Project on Humboldt Bay. The goal of this project is to restore ~104 acres of tidal marsh complex and construct one mile of associated coastal trail and a non-motorized boating access ramp.
