Description: Project seeks the replacement of asphalt with permeable pavers, preparation of space for planting of native plants and shrubs, and establishment of bio-swale at the parking lot median to capture stormwater. Project aims to decrease impermeable surfaces and runoff, and enhance opportunities for stormwater infiltration management. The plan includes perimeter landscaping utilizing California native plants to create habitat areas for wildlife and birds.
