Description: Conversion of 1.6-acres of vacant land into a natural, multiple-benefit public park. The park will feature watershed learning areas, a wetland and bio-swale BMPs, native drought-tolerant landscaping, wildlife habitat, walking/jogging trails, fitness stations, seating and picnic areas and other park amenities.
