Project: Packer Ranch Fish Screen Project

Description: This Project will upgrade existing pumping facilities and install a new fish screen on the Colusa Indian Community Council’s 35 cubic feet/second Packer Ranch Diversion on the Sacramento River. Funding will be use for project construction which includes a new pumping plant platform, pilings, and walkways, the installation of new pumps and a control panel, and the installation of a retractable cylindrical fish screen system. The overall goal of the Project is to protect at-risk species of anadromous and resident fish by providing effective fish exclusion at the diversion site.
