Project: County of Madera Storm Water Rescource - Planning Project

Description: Madera County seeks funding to create a Storm Water Resources Plan (SWRP). Currently the County has an Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP) and has identified the need for a county based SWRP. Madera County has identified a handful of projects for which it will apply for funding through the first round of Proposition 1 Implementation Grant funding. The SWRP will allow for management of stormwater on a watershed basis combining storm water objectives and multiple benefits throughout the county.
