Description: "Conduct a feasibility analysis of potential wastewater improvements on the Samoa penninsula. As explained in the Plan of Study, the consolidation option that is planned to be analyzed includes changing from discharge to land (percolation ponds and leachfields) to surface water discharge (to Redwood Marine Terminal II) to potentially reduce water quality impacts. Prepare associated environmental documents and permits, and submit a construction application.
