Description: The City of Arcata will restore a 29-acre complex of marsh and riparian wetlands associated with Jacoby Creek adjacent to Humboldt Bay. The project will restore floodplain and stream connectivity for anadromous and freshwater aquatic species, and enhance habitat for other wildlife.
