Description: General Plan - Has 1957 Gdp. The Zumwalt + Zwalt Properties (Have Approved Funding) Would Allow Existing Camping & Day Use Facilities To Be Relocated On This New Acquisition. City Of Colusa Is Proceeding To Construct A New Dbw Funded Boat Ramp On City Property Adjacent To The Sra. Csp Recently Signed A 20-Year Operating Agreement To Maintain The New Ramp & Will Abandon The Existing Ramp & Slough Channel. Gp Is Needed To Relocate Boat Parking Lot, Entrance & Entry Station And Development On New Acquisition.CSP RECENTLY SIGNED A 20-YEAR OPERATING AGREEMENT TO MAINTAIN THE NEW RAMP & WILL ABANDON THE EXISTING RAMP & SLOUGH CHANNEL. GP IS NEEDED TO RELOCATE BOAT PARKING LOT, ENTRANCE & ENTRY STATION AND DEVELOPMENT ON NEW ACQUISITION.
