The Lake Tahoe West Restoration Partnership (LTW) is an interagency landscape-level initiative to accelerate the planning, permitting, and implementation of activities to restore resilient forests, watersheds, and communities on the west shore through a collaboratively developed strategy and implementation of a series of restoration projects. A shared, performance-based framework for multi-party monitoring and project evaluation will improve restoration results. This environmental analysis scope will assist the LTW effort by developing an innovative planning and regulatory framework, that will ultimately lead to the preparation of a joint environmental document to support project implementation.
