Description: Help small, disadvantaged communities build and exercise local leadership and capacity to work in concert with technical assistance providers to identify, develop, fund, and implement sustainable, affordable, and just, long-term solutions to meet each community’s water-related needs (drinking water, wastewater, flood, sanitation, etc.) towards the universal realization of the human rights to water and sanitation.
