Description: A planning grant to the Sonoma Resource Conservation District for a cooperative project with federal and local agencies, to develop a comprehensive model analyze the distribution and timing of stream flow of flow availability conditions relative to Coho habitat requirements to assist in identifying and prioritizing restoration efforts and developing strategies for enhancing summer streamflows in the Mark West Creek sub-basin to the Russian River, in Sonoma County.
