Description: A grant to Monterey Peninsula Regional Parks District (MPRPD) for a cooperative project with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, California State Coastal Conservancy, California Natural Resources Agency, Trust for Public Land, and California American Water Company, to acquire 185± acres of private land and its associated water rights, located along the Carmel River approximately one mile east of Carmel-by-the-Sea in Monterey County.
