Project: San Francisco Bay Trail Construction: Gilman Street to Buchanan Street

Description: A grant to East Bay Regional Park District to construct 4,200 linear feet of paved, multi-use, ADA-accessible San Francisco Bay Trail from Gilman Street to Buchanan Street in McLaughlin Eastshore State Park. This segment closes the only gap in the Bay Trail between Emeryville and Richmond, creating a continuous ten-mile bicycle and pedestrian corridor along the shoreline.
